I ordered 2 watches from Jomashop. One of them is the Citizen Promaster Blue Angels with a BLUE face. What I received was the version in BLACK. After speaking with Bibi, I sent pictures of the order showing BLUE & of the watch showing clearly it is BLACK.
All I've received so far is an argument.
I disputed the charge with my bank & Jomashop switched the picture of the watch on their site to deceive the bank. Luckily I had a picture of the watch when I ordered it.
