Ordered a watch two weeks ago and still have not received it, probably won’t buy from you again

Jomashop shipped the wrong necklace. This business does not have a clear process in place to handle returns. Jomashop claims to offer returns yet they played games with multiple emails. After uploading the image of the item shipped -multiple times, Jomashop continued the bait and switch in their emails x6 stating "We have not received the images".I called trying to return the item and have them ship the necklace I actually ordered - what do they do? Jomashop hung up 2x. I waited a full week and without a return label and no info on if my item would be shipped I called my AMEX. Amex has frozen the funds from JOMASHOP and on SEPT. 22 2022 AMEX has disputed this order. RUN AWAY from shady companies who ship wrong merchandise then hang up on customers

I bought parfum. 16 days after I received email confirmation tracking number shipping after that. 3 days wich 19 days after I order they cancel my order. Very very. Very. Slow shipping. No bad service and they lie they put. Huge price fake discounts

The worst buying experience has been in this store, the order was lost and in the chat they don't answer and when I call to the call center the treatment is indifferent, as if they don't care. I have almost 2 weeks with this issue and they are unable to refund the money.

i purchased a Longines Master Collection Automatic Moon Phase GMT Men's Watch L27394713 from Jomashop. the watch turn out to be defective upon receiving it. had a watchmaker examine it and verify there is an issue with the Automatic movement and to return it. I returned the watch paying $126 for shipping fee, per Jomashop instructions. refund was issued excluding the shipping fee. I shouldn't be paying out of pocket to ship back a defective watch Jomashop sold me.

Horrible customer service, and fraud company period. They tell you that it’ll be 1-2 weeks for delivery. But I’m actually they mean 3-4 weeks to ship. Been a week since I ordered something, messaged them today to find out when they are planning to ship, and I was told it was going to take another 2-3 weeks minimum. Customer service pretty much said sorry nothing we can do. Be ready to hurry up and wait.

Coloqué la orden # M3123592 el dia Agosto 1 del 2022 y hoy Septiembre 9 del 2022 no me han entregado el paquete con destino México. El pago se hizo via amazon pay. En el teléfono de servicio al cliente no resuelven y dan una atención de pésima calidad.

I ordered a watch with a promo code and a week later was told if I still wanted it I would have to pay full price. Stay away from their offers. I will never shop with them again.

I purchased a bottle of cologne and the bottle that was shown was a 3.7 bottle,When the item arrived it was a .08 bottle which is ridiculous. I sent a email to customer services and was told basically that's what i ordered and you can return the purchase....will not shop again and I will tell all of my associates in Monsey and lakewood.

I didn’t receive the package, they said they will open investigation with the shipping company, I like the prices, I didn’t have the chance to see the product because I didn’t see it. Hopefully they send me another one to be able to see it.

Bought a brand new pair of Fendi sunglasses that I wore four times in 60 days, remained in case in between. Almost every screw fell out within two days of each other and now I have pieces of Fendi sunglasses that they refuse to replace. They said they only replaced within 30 days, these are obviously completely defective. When they refused to replace them. I posted a poor review and they called me and offered me $40 to remove it but still would not replace the sunglasses that I paid hundreds for 60 days ago. Ridiculous business practices and horrible quality of product. They may be authentic, but they're definitely made elsewhere and nowhere near the quality of real authentic products directly from the designer.

Jonas hop is terrible, I have made purchases of over 300 fragrances totaling over $20,000.00, never have I had an experience as bad as I have had with Jomashop, they have the worst customer service, they will not reply back to you, they offer to make it right then won’t make it right, if you want anything done or to get your money back you should probably hire an attorney, again, I’ve dealt with so many companies in the last 5 years and collecting and doing fragrance reviews, but THIS company is the worst and the only one that have pretty much said screw you! We have your money and then leave you hanging…. I will be discouraging all 300k of my followers to no longer use this company. This doesn’t give proper response, I contacted this company via chat and email, they responded twice and told me to send a fragrance that I wanted as a replacement, I sent two and they could choose which one and then after that they stopped replying, and I’ve reached out three times and have not gotten a response, and they refuse to refund me or replace it with another fragrance. Again, This please is a joke, they strive at being thief’s.
