i purchased a Longines Master Collection Automatic Moon Phase GMT Men's Watch L27394713 from Jomashop. the watch turn out to be defective upon receiving it.
had a watchmaker examine it and verify there is an issue with the Automatic movement and to return it.
I returned the watch paying $126 for shipping fee, per Jomashop instructions.
refund was issued excluding the shipping fee.
I shouldn't be paying out of pocket to ship back a defective watch Jomashop sold me.
