The customer service is wanting. The item that they indicated would be shipped 2 day priority wasn’t shopped wi a month’s time. I initially had to contact them about the status since I hadn’t received a shipment confirmation or contrary notice wi a week of placing my order. I was told that is was projected to ship in 1-2days then a message was sent to expect shipment wi 3-5days. When neither of those conditions were met, I called them AGAIN & was advised that my package was schedule to ship in 21 days. I ultimately purchased my item from another site; I wont attempt to do business with them in the future. TACKY!
