Customer service was terrible. Never received my order. Called to inquire about the items that I purchased with my money. I was told that it was shipped but lost in transit. I asked for a refund and was told I would be getting a gift card instead of my money for my purchase. Why would I want a gift card to order from you again if I didn’t receive the purchase the first time. I asked to speak with a manager and was refused. Asked for a corporate number and was refused. I asked to speak with someone else other than the person I was talking and was denied. Overall, one of the worst experiences I had in my life. I order online all the time and this was definitely the worst experience I have ever had. In my opinion take your money elsewhere. They don’t value you has a customer. If I could have left a zero rating I would have.
