I ordered two Raymond Weil watches from them on November 29th, 2024. I still have not received them. I contacted Jomashop many times with no direct indication of when I will receive my paid for watches. Their customer support horrible, not very effective, or caring of one’s situation. I want to cancel but was advised I can do so after I receive the shipment - that does not make sense at all. They are not able to provide me with a delivery date because they are out of stock - it was in stock when I made the purchase. They keep sending emails saying it ordered and I will get it in 3-5 days - nothing yet. I am very frustrated with Jomashop and its customer service. I will never purchase from them again. I just want everyone on this site to know about my bad experience with them. I have asked to escalate the situation but no response from them.
