“Having purchased several men's EDP's from Jomashop I will be buying from Jomashop again. Delivery was prompt and notifications were provided from point of shipping to point of delivery. The fragrances have been authentic and provided in sealed manufacturer packaging. Customer service via website request was excellent. Lastly, Jomashop always has a excellent selection of fragrances, watches, clothing, etc.. Competitive pricing if not the lowest makes Jomashop a top site for checking pricing.”

“I bought several high end watches from Joma. Every one of them had serious issues. They pretended to fix them and each one was returned with the problem unfixed. They told me after a second attempt that the watches could not be fixed and washed their hands. A Chopard, “HappyDiamonds” watch didn’t keep good time and although it was supposed to be waterproof repeatedly got water under the glass. A Cartier watch never kept good time. Reluctantly I brought the wt he’s to both Cartier and Chopard and although they charged a fair amount of money to overhaul them they were never right. They obviously buy grey, grey, greymarket products. That’s why they’re so cheap.”

“I purchased beekman place about a week ago. This was a blind pay. However, after researching the longevity of the fragrance, I found that the scent is supposed to last for up to 7-8 hours. The scent does not last no longer than 30 minutes. I question the authenticity of this fragrance.”

“Jomashop has been great lately, fragrance deals are amazing. Pay attention to when they ship, as sometimes it might be two weeks before shipping. Every listing lets you know when it's expected to ship. Great prices on LeVian Jewelry as well. Always a happy customer.”

“Always great service and the best prices. I wish they wouldn't write "Never Pay Retail" on the tape of their boxes though - it alerts thieves that it's something valuable inside. You're shipping $250 bottles of perfume, you don't need to take chances.”

“I purchased many times from you and now two Creed Ladies Creed Eladaria EDP Spray 2.5 for $688 arrived open and used sold as brand new. I sent it back as requested and placed a new order, again it arrived as returned items and not brand new. I called and got disconnected, emails and no more response. I need my first refund and return my second order. This is not right, l've been purchasing from you for years and now this is happening. Almost $1,500, please help! Orders M40BIZRC and M40BMR8W”
