“I have purchased many fragrances from jomashop over the years (at least 20). I had an issue only once, and when I contacted them about my and my issue was immediately resolved. Great customer service. As a youtube cologne reviewer (CarsandCologne), I have no problem telling my subscribers that I purchase fragrances from them.”

“I have now purchased 5 watches from Jomashop. The computer system charges the wrong sales tax amount for my city. I called and Nadia and she immediately remedied the problem. She even sent me her personal email address so I can contact her in the future if needed.”

“I ordered two Raymond Weil watches from them on November 29th, 2024. I still have not received them. I contacted Jomashop many times with no direct indication of when I will receive my paid for watches. Their customer support horrible, not very effective, or caring of one’s situation. I want to cancel but was advised I can do so after I receive the shipment - that does not make sense at all. They are not able to provide me with a delivery date because they are out of stock - it was in stock when I made the purchase. They keep sending emails saying it ordered and I will get it in 3-5 days - nothing yet. I am very frustrated with Jomashop and its customer service. I will never purchase from them again. I just want everyone on this site to know about my bad experience with them. I have asked to escalate the situation but no response from them.”

“Ordered 2 watches from Jomashop and only received one. The one I received took 7 days to receive although their ETA stated 3 business days based on my location. The other watch that I haven't received is in status of "pending acceptance" with USPS at the same location of origination. I don't understand how I received one watch that was ordered a day after the watch I haven't received. Long story short shop elsewhere from a more reputable vendor. I have disputed the charges BUT since they only insured the package for $100 and they "claim" it was shipped I'm probably out $500. ( The watch was $600). Just shop elsewhere that has better shipping AND communication . Once they have your money they could care less where your package is”

“Watch arrived on time. However it was not secured inside the box during shipping and the protective film had been removed. So it was bouncing around inside the box while being shipped halfway across the world. It arrived undamaged, but that was just extremely good luck.”

“When they deliver the product you order, it's an excellent place to order from, but the reason I gave it three stars is because they are incredibly inconsistent. I've had to cancel four orders out of the eight I've placed due to not having a product in stock, as they claimed on their site.”
