“I have requested a refund twice as the shoes were killing my feet and legs. I did give them o er two weeks. The response initially was I could get a partial refund and donate the shoes…….that was not on the option list when purchased, it clearly stated a full refund if not satisfied. I typically do not write bad reviews but this is the very reason I was hesitant about the purchase”

“Ordered a Raymond Weil watch about a month ago. Great watch, great price. It arrived with a totally dead battery and also had to be sized - $ 25 plus $10 to size. No great service in my opinion.”
