“Invoice/Inv#: J8203440 Date purchase: Apr-30-26 Item: Mintblanc Meisterstück Wallet 6cc. Paid: $265.77 MC#… Reference #: 10869022088 Auth code: 86416P USPS Tracking: 9400111206079814360710 I bought a wallet for $265.77 on Apr 7th 2026 and never received it. They were quick to respond telling me its my problem and to date July 8th 2026, never did anything about it, even after several communications, they just stopped responding. I WONT BE SHOPPING JOMASHOP EVER AGAIN.”

“Big shoutout to Jomashop the watch arrived in perfect condition. It was my dream watch, had a lil issue with the delivery but it was an USPS issue and the support team at Jomashop was incredibly helpful and did their best to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend them to buy a watch they had a large variety and good prices I can’t wait to get another one.”

“Nothing...it was worst customer service. I received my perfume heated for multiple days and with degraded quality. When I call Jomashop to resolve issue they did not helped me for anything and asked me to send product if i didn't lie it with my own shipping expense. Very worst customer satisfactory consideration.yes Jomashop is not committed to their granteed customer satisfaction. It is worst company and online plateform to deal with when you received bad product.”

“I ordered 3 perfumes and the transaction was fast. I received the items and my husband and I get a lot of compliments with the creed perfumes and prada. Will order more soon as the prices are very tempting being that lesser price than in the malls!”

“Display of white omega watch, before purchase, picture looked white, after purchase, looks beige. Their return policy is super confusing and deducted $250 during return.”
