“I bought a Certina DS Podium GMT, the delivery time was adequate, however, the watch did not work because the battery was dead. Up until now, after more than 2 months since the purchase, I have not been reimbursed for the cost of the battery, even though I was assured that it would be done as soon as possible.”

“I placed an order for a perfume, paid in full, and received absolutely nothing in return. When the package didn’t arrive, I contacted USPS, who confirmed there was never a shipment to the address provided. I then reached out to Jomashop customer service, who assured me they would investigate and get back to me by September 19th. Well, it’s the 19th. I called back — only to be told the investigation hasn’t even been started. Let’s be clear: I did my part. I paid. I followed up. I waited. Yet here I am, still without the product I ordered and being tossed around by a customer service team that can’t even follow through on their own timelines. This isn’t just bad service, it’s a complete failure to uphold even the most basic standards of responsibility and accountability. And frankly, it's insulting to be treated like this after paying money in good faith.”

“I’m not satisfied with Jomashop Customer service, they acted unprofessional and did not tried to address or helped me in anyway. They didn’t even set a refund until I called to address my issue. I was recommended Jomashop for incredible discounts in amazing fragrances. But the customer service and policy is pretty awful.”
