I ordered the SEIKO 5 SPORT AUTOMATIC BLACK CANVAS WATCH. THE watch didn't work out of the box. I called customer service and they convinced me to try the instructions for setting up the self-winding mechanism again. Still didn't work. The return policy to insure the watch costs more than half the value of the original purchase. It seems to me Jomashop should be responsible for the proper functioning of the watches they sell.
