THE WORST EVER EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE CHAT IS TERRIBLE AND THE PERSONS BEHIND THE CHAT ARE RESPONDING VERY LATE, THEY DO NOT ANSWER CLIENT'S QUESTIONS PRECISELY AND KEEP SENDING SOME NON-RELATED POLICIES. IF YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO BUY SOMETHING FROM ANOTHER PLACE, CONSIDER THAT, THE ONLY POSITIVE IS THE CHEAP PRICES, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!
