Jomashop said Usps “Lost” my package and they need to open a claim . However my emails indicate that a label was created at jomashop while Usps was still waiting for it to arrive on site. It seems Jomashop has lost my package but is trying to get insurance money from Usps .
They haven’t refunded my money.
