I was charged, but I never got my items (as of today from an order two months old). I got an order number, which was not recognized by the automated system set up for members. I got nothing to track my order. I tried multiple times and ways to reach customer service, but I could not get through. When I would call the telephone number provided they would not put me through to a person. An automated system said they would call back, but never did. I did get an email in response to several of my emails saying sorry for the general delay of products, but with no news of my specific order.
