Poor customer service. Emailed two times for my recent purchase but didn’t get any respond and it’s so hard to get a hold of someone when I called. Live chat assistant Emily.L is very rude and unprofessional. She disconnected me two times while I was typing and told me to call instead. She told me to “call” without any explanation why she can’t help me thru live chat and doesn’t even have a heart to say “please call” but pushing her work to call representatives.
