My husband bought a watch for my birthday gift. Delivery was late due to Covid so we received it after my birthday.. That is ok considering the current situation. However, the watch is so heavy and big so we decided to return. How come they asked to pay shipping fee as well as insurance fee. It costs us $265,77, which is ridiculous. We have to pay that in order to ship it back and get a refund. I don't recommend this at all. Be careful when you need to return.
