Bought an Omega watch, came quickly and was packaged well. Sent in as it was running slow, They have had it now for months and sent an email saying they will send it to another service location and will be another couple of months. Feels like they are about to lose or steal it back from me to sell as used.
I'll update this if it doesn't happen that way but hope is diminishing.
