I have purchased a lot of items from Jomashop and I was satisfied until I had to deal with their returns department.
After spending hours oh hold, I explained to a CSR that the US Customs need additional info. An email with the info from Faith followed and I forwarded it to FedEx in order to clear customs. Obviously the info was insufficient. Now I have the jacket returned to me, I’m on the phone on hold again, waiting for someone from Jomashop to talk to me. They will try to wear you down until you kiss your money goodbye and end up with a product you don’t need. And Jomashop will keep your money.
