I was a regular Jomashop customer until the last couple of orders. I paid for expedited shipping, but my order was never shipped. I called customer service, but after being on hold for 40 minutes, the agent started looking into my order, then hung up on me. Same with the chat option on their website. Jomashop lost my business for good.
