Absolutely the worst customer service when I finally reach someone, up to an hour on hold they hang up won't return calls even when feature is selected for them to call back won't respond to emails if you don't need to call or talk to someone then it's probably not a huge deal but in my case of have a 3000 credit which they won't refund so I have to buy something or eat the 3000 and try deal with there BS terms the one time I got through they are rude an unhelpful
