JOMASHOP After sales service is non existent
I have purchased a few items from Jomashop, some have been fine but if they are not they take little responsibility, latest one is a watch which arrived not working, response was to replace battery, I felt it might be something more so I took it to a watchmaker so if it was a battery at least it would be done right and pressure tested, my fears were realised when it failed as the specialist discovered a problem with the circuit of the watch rendering it dead. Response from Jomashop has been nil. The last time it was damaged packaging for a Raymond Weil Maestro watch, being the resting place for the watch when not in use. Replacement cost from Raymond Weil was $130
