Placed an order 2 weeks ago and paid extra for 2 day shipping. Well, I got an email two days later telling me that my item has shipped.
I still haven’t received it. I called DHL Shipping and gave them the tracking number and they said that the shipping manifest was created by Joma but the item was never dropped off.
What a bummer!
