I purchased a smartwatch, which is not functioning well.
I tried to contact the customer service, which is no existing. The CHAT feature is not working, phone number is always giving a busy signal or once in a while acting like a normal then no on picks it up.
I sent dozens of inquiry emails as it was the only option to contact them, no response at all.
I would not recommend this store to anyone. They offer warranties, however, if they don't respond at all, what's the value?
