Ordered a new Omega Seamaster to only find it had a scratch on the bracelet and no original cards/papers which item as stated it had. I was on hold for over an hour each time I called (3 times) and still did not get problem resolved. They were charging me full premium price on an obviously used product stated as new.
Terrible experience and waste of time.
