Garbage customer service. Ordered a watch for Mother’s Day. Selected price for shipping that would have it arrive with 4 days to spare. Reached out 3 days prior to find out where it was. No response from their ‘customer service.’ Never got the watch. I’ve spent a lot of money with them and am disappointed to have supported this organization to this point. Will spend my money elsewhere going forward.
