Jomashop beats the competitors on the easiest thing: getting the parcel to me on time, as promised. They also beat the competitors on the more challenging things: price, selection, and shipping options.
I have a watch to return and the process to get the wheels in motion took less than 10 minutes. That’s above and beyond my expectations.
If I have one small complaint it’s this: the dimensions (lug width, etc) are, on occasion, off slightly. I ordered a 20mm band watch and learned upon delivery it was a 21mm lug width. The return policy saved the day.
