Very poor customer service…
I was very happy with purchase of a Ulysse Nardin watch. (an expensive timepiece) The watch which has a glass back showed a rocker off line on the watch. It was well within 2 year warranty period. I shipped it express and insured it. I heard nothing from Jomashop until the watch was sent back to me. I assumed it was repaired. When I opened the box there was a note that said "not eligible for repairs" and nothing more. I will never buy anything from Jomashop ever again.
