I dont think its Jomashop but more on FedEx. FedEx claimed they delivered and I signed for my package signature required. I didn’t sign a thing so I escalated it and FedEx showed proof of a random signature. I never got my package and now is still waiting for the dispute but Jomashop seems to can’t help me with this. So I don’t know what to do. I dont know which to blame but Jomashop response time with my emails has also been slow. Which explains the 1 star.
