Really bad customer service... I returned an item that didnt match the picture. I returned the item without opening the package and they charged me for both shipping and return shipping. Very difficult to deal with for returns!
The agent didnt respond to emails and you have to call several times to connect to an agent. I had 3 disconnects after waiting in queue for over 10 minutes each time!
