Placed order for Oakley glasses over 2 month ago. Multiple delivery push out, and NO communication. after 3 month I asked if I can change delivery address since I am moving, and after THREE e-mails and 2 weeks no answers. I finally called and after waiting for 10 minutes just cancelled my order, and no one even asked why I was cancelling. For a company that brags about superior customer service, they are wayyyy out of touch with reality. I will never buy from them again, worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.
