I purchased a wallet from my Dad’s birthday . The tracking information claimed that it had been delivered when in fact it had not. I contacted joma shop customer service who was wonderful and filed a report with the USPS. The package was sent to my neighbor by accident and thankfully I got the packed in time for my dads birthday. The customer service of jomashop impressed me though with their willingness to help
