I ordered two watches and one sun glasses. The payment had been deducted from my account. I have received the order confirmation email . I went to the website on my profile and I can see there are no orders listed under "my orders" tab.
Therefore, I decided to contact the customer service. I called the number 1-877-834-1434 which is listed on the website but it does not go through in their work hours. I tried the chat option . someone named "Jennie V" was connected to me and I asked the question about why the order is not listed under my account ? instead of helping me fix it I was routed to another email were I had to email to get it fixed.
I had earlier written an email to them about my order status which was of course not responded to.
The sale items ( old collection ) of watches whcih I had ordered I was told Jomashop will receive it from their supplier on 30 October 2021 which is 2 months away from today :) When quizzed is this the maximum deadline or chances are they can receive it earlier ? Guess what ? no reponse. Then the agent stopped respdonging to me even though I was connected on chat for more than 30 minutes. I told them the number was not correct so give me a number where I can call . Again no reponse. The agent ghosted on me .
Poor customer service. its a trap. An old season watch and they area advertising it on there website without posession of stock ? that is akin to fraud. You have my money and then not the watch and the watch is suppose to arrive to them in 2 months ? Come on - who on earth takes such long to procure a watch when you are advertising on your website that it is available . you can easily make a new watch in that time :)
Total bad experience . Stuck with my money with them. Useless and fraud. I can not even contact them on phone . I am starting to think they are a fraud company.
