Saw someone write this and it’s literally my experience as well! The customer service guy was giving me major attitude “WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT HUH?” abs then hung up my call in the middle of me explaining the situation. Disgusting attitude and disgusting way of practicing business.
