My watch haven’t arrived yet. I am in Colombia and my order was sent to Germany and then to South Africa, it’s obvious that you have a logistic issue and that the order is lost, but no, I have to pay my credit card and wait for 45 days in order to file a claim with you. Awful customer service….almost fraud
