I ordered a watch and when inquired about the order (received confirmation and shipping email), my order was not in your records. Called, emailed and chat and nothing...
Then discovered that my order was sent using USPS and the package was either lost or damaged (as per USPS tck #). But you guys had no problem taking my money, but not my many calls or emails.
By far the worse experience..
