First time I deal with Jomashop, order M2HM6089, the only reason that price was good, but as I found, the service is extremely bad. My debit card was immediately billed, but in initial email nobody informed me that the item was on back order, the only time I learned anything was if I emailed later.
If an item is in back order, let it be stated on the website. Jomashop saying it won’t be available for 1-2 weeks. Yet, you’ve collected money. Ridiculous!!!
And, as all of you can see, the only one woman Kamela is replying here, and the only one Anna rarely replying on customer service e-mail same things like:
"...We assure...bla bla, ...currently processing. Please be advised that your item is currently on back order and has an ETA of next week. Tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped...
We appreciate your patience and understanding."...
Neverending stories, I`m very and deeply disappointed after first time with Jomashop and advice to everybody not to deal never with Jomashop!!!
