Long time customer NO MORE I have been a long time customer - have literally spent over $30,000 in watches on the site - and will not be spending another $1. I recently purchased a watch from Jomashop that stopped working. Upon sending the watch in for service I was informed that the type of issue is not under warranty.... I am not sure how this is possible, but here we are. It would appear that I now own a very expensive paper weight... Be very wary of this site and the customer service team. I will not be spending another $1 with them. Quite honestly I consider myself lucky it did not happen w one of the more expensive watches that I purchased through the site.
