I have been purchasing a lot of thing from jomashop. However, this time I am very upset with my purchase. I bought a Burberry belt bag as a gift - paid $754 , bag arrived in very unpleasant condition. It was just thrown inside the box. By the time when it arrived bag was smashed and had some mild damages at the bottom . Bag didn’t come in original package/ no booklet/ no certificate.
Very disappointed to pay a lot of money for expensive bag and receive it this way . I have been calling jomashop , also emailed them many times . Looks like no one really cares about customer satisfaction/ or isssues . No one bothers to return my calls/ emails. I requested a return label till now I haven’t heard anything from jomashop. Very bad service.
