It has been 20 days since my order was shipped out and I have not received my delivery. Last status update 4 days ago showed that is has been transferring among domestic facilities. Contacted customer service, but they were unable to tell me when I can expect to receive my order not to mention curt and rude responses. I will not purchase from jomashop again.
