This is a - 1* review. I received a damaged Burberry $870 bag. On the same day, I connected the Jomashop customer service. Per their request, I sent several times pictures ( Nov 4th). Hopefully, we came to the solution after five days of talking and emailing that the $ 100 refund for repair will be credited. Different representatives give me a different estimate when this credit is created: from 24 hrs to 72 hrs to see it in my PayPal. Now extra five days passed, and it is silence. Try to call, and the answer is -> the voice mail is full!!! Now I would like to return this damaged bag, but I am afraid that I will never get the total refund. Be Smart; stay away from the Jomashop!!!!!!
