My wife purchased an expensive watch which jomoshop have since advised the item has been lost, we have made a lengthly phone call from the UK at our expense and basically jomoshop have next to nil interest and advise the insurance company is dealing with the enquiry, so my wife is still out of pocket.
Hence 1 star which was the lowest I could apply otherwise it would be zero stars
