Awful customer service. An action as simple as cancelling an order turned out to be a challenge and I am being asked to record the steps I took to cancel it for a proof. I submitted a cancel request immediately after placing the order which went unanswered and no ticket number was generated for my request. Finally on receiving the order, when I called them I was asked to reach out earlier, like I did not try. This is ridiculous.
