I am having really difficult time returning and item .
Customer service didn’t even want to process a return.
To begin with wrong strap for the watch was sent , item took forever to arrive and after watch doesn’t keep time!
I was willing to purchase a different watch but after such horrible customer service over the phone I am not sure !
Now afraid for more problems to come sense they don’t want an item back !
