I received a defective item, the screws are too tight in the band so it cannot be made smaller to fit my wrist. You will not take it back since it has been opened but until the wrapping on the band came off I could not try to have it adjusted. That is by a watchmaker, not a Walmart or something. Gevril sys they will warrant it IF it has an approved vendor's signature on the card so I am still working on having it fixed by the factory. If not I have a $500 paper weight and will have to go to the bank to protest the sale.
