They sent me a canceled order and told me that they will reimburse the shipping cost if I send the item back. However, after i sent the package, they changed their words and refused to reimburse the full shipping cost with bad manner! Their customer service representatives are untrustful, not organized, and very rude! I will never use Jomashop again.
