Horrible customer service. Called twice to let them know I do not receive USPS. Both times representative assured me it will be shipped via UPS or Fedex. Of course , it never happened. Item shipped USPS. Called them again to ask for reshipment, apparently manager said to ship, never heard back from them. Called 5 time and was told to reorder, charged me again and now waiting....
