Don’t count on customer service!
It only provides you with “ we are deeply regret” and nothing else.
On my recent purchase I realized that the same Jomashop site also has the same watch in steel, and I emailed them to change my purchase from rose gold to steel. I was informed the next business day that “ sure, please provide us with the item number and we will change your item.”
Two days later I received an emailed that your watch was shipped.
After I informed them that why they shipped an item that I had already requested for change, all I got was “ we are sorry, and accept our apologies!?
They would not cover the cost of return for their mistake.
To top that , as soon as I returned my watch they increase the cost of steel watch by 600 dollars!!!!! If that isn’t a crime or price gouging it is definitely not a good customer service.
