I ordered a Tissot as gift and looking forward to receive one from you. However I m really upset when received a broken box from Jomashop. It is so disappointed. I try to contact you via chat and Whatsapp but can't. Via chat, the chat bot as lot of question but not bring me to talk with a supporter. Via WhatsApp there is no answer. I really like to Tissot box but it is broken and I don't know how I can give it to my relatives as gift.
