The 2 customer service people I had to deal with were completely unhelpful. The 2nd one said they would add a $50 discount to my purchase because the shipment didn't arrive when it was supposed to, but I never received the discount.
I am absolutely disappointed with your customer service and hope you take steps to improve it.
