I'm very sorry to say this , but you guys are very unhelpful, i ordered two watches on the black Friday sale event, the first one said ' delivered ' , I never received it, I called, I even did a change of address for the second one to be delivered, the same happened, when I called for the Inquiry, I was told that my query is with UPS , I bought my stuff from you JumpShop and not UPS, I haven't heard anything since about any refund or if they will resend the order, im the looser here . Very bad, someone needs to resolve this....
