At first, speaking with the person who answerred our call was a very poor and disturbing experience where I was made to feel terrible and where I wanted no part of Jomar.
Remembering previously we had a far better experience I decided to give Jomar an additional chance.
The next time I call we ended up working with a timepiece specialist, Isaac, who was exceptional and created an experience from start to finish that I loved and made me feel like a valued customer.
