I purchased two watches from Jomashop recently Seiko essentials and a citizen Axiom. I found that one of the watch the citizen had minor scratches on it and either of the watches did not have the protective sticker. Seriously suspect if these were used watches sold as new . I sent a message to customer support team and still haven’t heard anything.
